About the Building Support Program
A government program that subsidizes part of the installation cost
when a general building (commercial building, church, warehouse, factory, livestock facility, etc.) installs new and renewable energy equipment (PV or BIPV) for self-consumption purposes
Eligibility
Anyone wishing to install new and renewable energy equipment in a general building or facility for self-use
The registered owner (or representative, in the case of joint ownership) of the building where the equipment
is to be installed, or the prospective owner
- Excluded:

Housing units falling under Article 21 and facilities falling under Article 26
of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy notice (Regulations on Support for New and Renewable Energy Equipment)
- Buildings and facilities owned or managed by local governments

Support is provided only for equipment whose installation is completed after the relevant program announcement.
* If it is confirmed that the application was submitted after installation had already begun, the application will be cancelled. -
2.
Installations on buildings owned by a selected participating company are excluded from support.

Applicants and participating companies must comply with all relevant laws, notices, Center guidelines, and program support announcements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in withheld or recovered subsidy payments, or cancellation of the application.

All information in submitted documents must be filled out accurately; errors, omissions, or misstatements are grounds for cancellation of the application.

With the applicant's consent regarding payment of the government subsidy, the subsidy is paid directly to the participating company unless there is a special reason otherwise.
