Eligibility
Owners or prospective owners of privately owned buildings located in Seoul
- Excluded:

Buildings subject to mandatory installation under environmental impact assessment requirements or the Seoul Green Building Design Standards,
and buildings already receiving BIPV subsidies from other government agencies
- * However, support is available for capacity installed in excess of the mandatory requirement
